'Picture Wheel' is the latest project from Five Lip films, made up of drama school grads Russell, David O'Donnell, Ande Cunningham, James Elliot and Sarah-Jane McAllan.
The film, written by David O'Donnell, will tell the story of an ex-con trying to get his life together who is reluctantly drawn into a dangerous world by his pro-surfer brother.
