Nashen Moodley will replace Clare Stewart as director of the festival
Woody Allen, zombies and a group of nude dancers will all feature in the program of this year's festival
The wife and husband are pitted against each other with Lore and Dead Europe.
The four successful candidates will be announced at the Sydney Film Festival (June 8-19 2016).

Goldstone is the fourth feature by Ivan Sen and stars Aaron Pederson, reprising his role of the troubled Indigenous detective Jay Swan, first seen in Sen’s Mystery Road, which opened SFF in 2013.
Moodley saw the film almost seven weeks ago, in early March, just after Sen had finished it.
This year's festival will feature three free 'immersive experiences': from virtual reality to 360-degree 3D cinema to a four-sided video art installation.
