In 2013, he received the C21/FRAPA Gold Medal at MIP in recognition of his outstanding achievement and contribution to the international formats business.
Lambert is the founder of Studio Lambert, which he launched in 2008 with All3Media's support, and the company has since created and produced more than twenty series on both sides of the Atlantic, including the Primetime Emmy award-wining worldwide hit Undercover Boss, which was the #1 new show of the 2009-10 season and the highest rated reality premiere of all time. Prior to launching Studio Lambert, he was the chief creative officer of the RDF Media Group. He began his career at the BBC in 1983 where he worked for fifteen years making documentary films and series all over the world.
