Production has commenced in Sydney on the fifth season of Stan series 'Bump', which the streamer confirmed will be the last.
The fourth season of Bump picks up two years after the third with Oly (Nathalie Morris) and Santi (Carlos Sanson Jr) back together, having finally stabilised their small family unit with their challenging seven-year-old Jacinda (Ava Cannon).
'Bump' spin-off 'Year Of' is set at the same Sydney harbour-front school of the Stan Original series and centres on a disparate group of inner-city teens – and the adults around them – as they navigate the senior years of high school.
Stan/Nine co-commission 'Scrublands' has been pre-sold to streamer Sundance Now for audiences in the US and English-speaking Canada.
The new season of Stan's 'Bump' picks up four years after the events of season two, with Oly (Nathalie Morris) and Santi (Carlos Sanson Jr) navigating co-parenting, new partners, Jacinda (Ava Cannon) starting school, and a separation that causes them to realise how important family is.
US network The CW has snapped up Roadshow Rough Diamond's 'Bump'.
Screen Australia has announced $5.6 million of production funding for three feature films and returning seasons of Stan's 'Bump' and 10's 'The Secret She Keeps'.
With Roadshow Rough Diamond's 'Bump' reportedly breaking viewing records for Stan since its launch on New Year's Day, the streamer has ordered a second season.
